Questions
Is there a free trial?
No. Every video costs us real AI time, so nothing is made before you pay. The sample videos show exactly what you get, and nothing is made until your photo passes our free check. If no photo works, one click on the order page refunds you in full.
How does a pack work?
A pack is 3 videos of one length, bought at once. We make your first video right away, and the rest wait for you and never expire. Use them for any template or song of that length. Guests can buy packs too: we email a sign-in link so the videos follow you to any device.
What if the video doesn't look like me?
Every video includes 1 free remake within 7 days of the order. Try a new photo or another song from the same template, at no cost. It doesn't use a pack video.
Can I get a refund?
If a video fails, we try again. After 3 failed attempts your payment is refunded automatically, or the pack video goes back to your pack. Pack videos never expire, and if you don't want the ones you haven't used, we refund them on request at the pack's price per video. A video that came out correctly can't be refunded, so try the free remake first.
Can I remove the watermark?
Yes, for free. Each video has a small AI watermark in the corner. On your order page you can download a clean copy once you confirm a short reminder about AI labels. Nothing is made again and nothing extra is charged.
Is the video labeled as AI-generated?
Yes. Every file carries an AI-generated label in its metadata, with or without the watermark. When you post it, turn on the platform's AI label as well: "Altered or synthetic content" on YouTube, and the AI-generated content label on TikTok.
How long do you keep my video?
Finished videos stay on your order page for 30 days. We email you when yours is ready, so download it early.
What you pay for
Pick a template and a song, and pay. Then add one clear selfie on your order page: we check it for free and make your AI rap video. If no photo works, you get a full refund. A 3-pack costs less per video: $17.90 for 3 short videos ($5.97 each) or $24.90 for 3 longer ones ($8.30 each).
Prices are in US dollars. Stripe, our payment partner, adds any sales tax or VAT at checkout. There is no subscription and nothing renews. The refund policy has the details.
