Refund Policy

We want you to pay only for videos you are happy with. There is no free trial, so the example videos on the site show what you get, and nothing is made until your photo passes our check, so you don’t pay for a photo we can’t use. This policy explains what happens when a video doesn’t come out right, and when a payment to rapvideo, operated by Arrayon Inc., can be refunded.

Before you add your photo

You add your photo on the order page right after you pay, and we check it there. If a photo doesn’t pass, you can try another one as many times as you like; nothing is made until every photo passes. Until then, the order page has a “Refund me” button that gives the whole payment back to your original payment method in one click. If you used a pack video, it goes back to your pack instead. A pack you bought can be refunded this way only while none of its videos have been used; after that, the rule for unused pack videos below applies. Once your video has started, this button is gone.

Free remake

Every video includes 1 free remake. If the face or the video doesn’t look right, remake it from the order page within 7 days of the order. You can use the same photo or a new one, and the same song or another song from that template. It is the first thing to try, and it doesn’t use another video from your pack.

Failed videos

If a video fails to generate, we try again. After 3 failed attempts we refund the payment automatically to your original payment method. If you used a pack video instead, it goes back to your pack and nothing is charged. You don’t need to ask.

Videos taken down after a report

If we take a video down after a report:

Unused pack videos

Pack videos never expire. If you decide you don’t want the unused pack videos, write to us and we refund them at the pack’s per-video price: the pack price divided by 3, times the number of unused videos. Videos you have already made are not refunded under this rule.

Videos you didn’t like

A finished video that generated correctly can’t be refunded, because the AI work has already been done and paid for. Use the free remake first. If something went clearly wrong, such as a broken file, or a remade video that still doesn’t show you, write to us and we will look at it.

How to ask

Email hello@rapvideo.video from the email you used at checkout, with the date of the purchase. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to the card or method you paid with through our payment partner Stripe. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Chargebacks

Please write to us before you open a chargeback. We can usually sort it out faster.

This policy doesn’t limit any refund rights you have under the law where you live.

If you live in the EU, the UK or Switzerland, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase. Before you pay, you ask us to start making your video right away and confirm that you understand you lose that right for each video once it starts. Pack videos you haven’t used yet stay refundable, as described above.
