Terms of Service

Last updated October 26, 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Arrayon Inc., a Wyoming corporation at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“we”, “us”), for using rapvideo.video (“rapvideo”). By using rapvideo you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

What rapvideo does

You pick a template and a song from our library, pay, and then upload a selfie on your order page. We use AI to make a short, fictional, vertical rap video with your face. Before anything is made, we check the photo. The check is free and makes no video. Until a photo passes, you can try another or ask for a full refund from the order page, as our Refund Policy explains. Each video includes 1 free remake if it doesn’t come out right, within 7 days of the order. Sample characters on the site are fictional and AI-generated.

Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old and able to make a binding contract. Use an email address you control, and keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Whose photos you may upload

You may only upload photos of yourself, or of an adult who agreed to be in the video. You may not upload photos of:

You confirm this by ticking the box before every upload, including that each person agreed to the processing of their face described under Biometric data in our Privacy Policy. Duo templates are not offered to visitors in Illinois. A photo check does not replace your duty to follow these rules.

Acceptable use

You may not use rapvideo to:

Every video is fiction made by AI. Don’t present it as real.

Templates and scenes

Templates recreate a style and era only, not any specific film or music video, its choreography, costumes with logos, or landmarks. Sample characters are fictional.

AI label, watermark and YouTube

Every video carries a visible watermark. You can remove it after you confirm that you have read our AI-disclosure reminder. The AI label in the video’s metadata always stays, and you must not strip it. If you post a video on YouTube, tick YouTube’s “altered or synthetic content” disclosure. Other platforms have similar rules, and following them is your responsibility.

Music

Songs come only from our library, and you can’t upload your own. We have confirmed that library songs are licensed for commercial use, within the scope of our provider SeeAPI’s license. You may post your video, but you get no rights to the song beyond the video it is in, and you may not re-upload the song on its own.

Your content and rights

You keep all rights to the photos you upload. You give us a limited license to store and process them, and to send them to our processors, only to check them, make your video and run the service. That license ends when the files are deleted. We don’t use your photos to train AI, and we never show your photos or videos publicly.

You confirm that you have the right to use every photo you upload and the consent of every person in it.

Your finished video is yours to download and share. We keep it for 30 days and then delete it, so download it early. Because it shows a real person, don’t use it for an ad or other commercial purpose without the consent of everyone in it.

The site itself, its design, text, sample videos, music library and code belong to Arrayon Inc. or its licensors.

AI output

AI results vary. Faces, hands, clothing and backgrounds can come out different from your photo, and some results will look odd. That is why each video includes 1 free remake. We don’t promise any particular result, likeness or quality.

Payments and refunds

You pay per video, or for a pack of 3 videos. There is no subscription and no free trial. Prices are in US dollars (USD) and are shown before you pay; checkout may show your local currency. Our payment partner Stripe processes your payment and adds any sales tax or VAT at checkout. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

Not affiliated

rapvideo is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any artist, label, film studio, YouTube, or any AI model provider.

Report a video

If a video made with rapvideo shows you, or someone you represent, without consent, or breaks these terms, write to hello@rapvideo.video with the video link or order number and why it should come down. You don’t need an account. We review every report within 48 hours and take down videos that break these terms, in line with the TAKE IT DOWN Act, and we may suspend the account that made it. If a video is taken down before it was delivered, its order is refunded automatically; after delivery there is no refund and its free remake ends, as our Refund Policy explains. We use the reporter’s email only to handle the report; our Privacy Policy says what a report keeps and for how long. For copyright claims, see our DMCA policy.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using rapvideo and delete your account at any time on the account page. We may suspend or terminate your account, and remove content, if you break these terms, misuse the service or put others at risk.

Disclaimers

rapvideo is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don’t promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Arrayon Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

Indemnity

If someone brings a claim against us because of photos you uploaded or how you used a video, you agree to cover our reasonable costs and losses from that claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring them in your local courts.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top, and tell signed-in users by email when the change matters. If you keep using rapvideo after a change, you accept the new terms.
